Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you're looking to clean up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops I test had superior mapping and navigation. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were tangled.

They're also user-friendly using an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and see what they're up to.

1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum. It has the latest features. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and picked up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also features a sleek app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few on-screen buttons to control the device manually.

The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode based on the level of dirt. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.

The mop roller has many other smart features, such as docks that can be connected to your home plumbing system to clean and wash it without having to refill the mop. You can also use voice commands to control the built-in voice assistant of the S8 using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular controls with your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those seeking an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free that also has mopping capabilities. It's part of a plethora of combo robot vacuums with mops, but comes at a lower price than many of the competitors.

As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This includes setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will start vacuuming and mops easily.

It is important to remember that the mapping process can take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate image of your living space. The object detection feature is not perfect. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles, but it was stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it had to flip over to get it out of the way. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for an appliance that can do all of the above.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned and not just being swept. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that enables you to reach areas that robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.

This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and a few other smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home and offer the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The smart app lets you customize the settings of your choice, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging station after each task to clean their pads, empty their dust bins and then place the debris in the self-sealing bags. This keeps the system tidy and prevents allergens recirculating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring a charge mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It features powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets, and a great obstacle-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping system, which utilizes a continuous roller doused with water to pull dirt and then deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without crashing, and avoiding steps. It had trouble with fine debris and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also relatively high, and it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than other models.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with the regular schedule. You can control all of its functions using the Eufy app. It provides an easy overview and lots of configurability.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot mowers available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with reasonable accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set up no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is an issue for many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system has smart carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they're near soft surfaces to avoid contamination.

The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops before refilling them with detergent and water. The base station features an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust, which allows seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars less than the S8 and this robot is a slick job of keeping my office clean and can also take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make a map of your home and knows which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums that have mopping capabilities, it has object/obstacle detection that is able to avoid things like bowls and dog toys (but not poop).

Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.

Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it will avoid mopping rooms that aren't soiled. It's a great choice if you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the extra money on Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is a great option. It has a wide range of features including the ability to empty the dustbin on its own, an additional water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to take care of knotted rug tassels and its battery drains slightly faster than other models in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and handy automation into a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests, but overall it did quite well. It has a range of cleaning options, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used even in small areas. It's extremely quick and quiet and can maneuver tight spaces well. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice any features.  click through the following website page  has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of any object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they aren't removed during subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and are not tied to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but not so good in mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
